Summary

Provides exceptional customer service by performing services in accordance with DOGPerfect’s bathing standards and procedures.

Principle Accountabilities

May include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Independently completes all bath and brush needs for all breeds.
• Performs all walk-in services such as nail trims, teeth brushing, etc.
• Maintains a detailed customer history by recording services performed on pets in groomer.io.
• Processes check in/check out procedures, including proper documentation of client records, receipts, call back programs, bookings, and entries of appointments in groomer.io.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and humane conditions for all pets.
• Performs health checks throughout the day.
• Completes end of day cleaning in accordance with grooming maintenance checklist.
• Assists in other departments as required and performs other duties as assigned.
• Completes training as required.
• Helps meet or exceed grooming sales goals.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

Certification

Certified Pet Food Nutrition Specialist (Nutrition course through DNM University provided upon hire)

While performing the duties of this job, the bath associate is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle, or feel. The bath associate frequently is required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and/or hear. The bath associate is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance. The bath associate must frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally team lift and or move in excess of 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include depth perception.

Exposure to live animals and their handling is common.
