The day I went to buy dog food, the computers were having issues. After waiting a few minutes and nothing happening, Nate and the store Manager Jose handled the issue and made a happy customer. It was a pleasure to see how customer service should be handled when there is an issue. Thanks to both, and do not hesitate to shop at the new Parrish location.

Went in to try out new dog food for my frenchie that has allergies of some sort and Dana was nice enough to jot down a bunch of key information and supplied me with research and literature on how Yeast can affect your dogs allergies and cause itching. She went out of her way to go the extra mile, and I really appreciate her willingness to explain everything. I felt like I have gotten more out of my one interaction with Dana, then any vet talks I've had. Thanks Dana!

I brought my 18 year old Weenie in today to find his last bone before crossing the rainbow bridge. I wish I caught their names but the two women working the front were so incredibly kind. It’s been a doozy of a day and I just needed someone to help. One of them brought me over to the bones with Milo in the shopping cart. She held up multiple bones to his nose and waited for the best reaction and said “This is the one!” I cannot express how happy that made me to see such a compassionate person take their time with my old boy. He very much enjoyed it on the way home. Thank you to both of you, you made our really hard day just a little bit easier.
