Abby was exceptional at grooming our Pomeranian "Mikey"! She was so patient with getting him settled and she did an amazing job accenting his features. I brought my 18 year old Weenie in today to find his last bone before crossing the rainbow bridge. I wish I caught their names but the two women working the front were so incredibly kind. It’s been a doozy of a day and I just needed someone to help. One of them brought me over to the bones with Milo in the shopping cart. She held up multiple bones to his nose and waited for the best reaction and said “This is the one!” I cannot express how happy that made me to see such a compassionate person take their time with my old boy. He very much enjoyed it on the way home. Thank you to both of you, you made our really hard day just a little bit easier.
