As Store Manager, you set the tone. You lead with heart, keep standards high, and make sure every person (and every pup) leaves happier than when they arrived.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a team that loves dogs and great service
• Hiring and developing people who care about doing things the right way
• Driving sales while keeping the experience personal and pressure-free
• Managing schedules, payroll, budgets, and daily operations
• Supporting grooming and retail teams with hands-on leadership
• Creating a store culture that’s positive, inclusive, and genuinely fun to work in

• Have at least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Love building teams and helping people grow
• Are organized, calm under pressure, and customer-focused
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dog-friendly environment
• Are able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around animals
