Q: How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?
A: You'll receive a notification via email or text when your order is ready for pickup.
Q: How long do I have to pick up my order?
A: We ask that you please pick up your order within 3 days as space is limited. If you don't pick up your order within the specified time frame, it will be automatically canceled, and you'll receive a refund.
Q: Can someone else pick up my order?
A: Yes, you can choose someone else to pick up your order for you. They'll need to show their ID and the order number at the store.
Q: What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
A: You'll need to bring your ID and the confirmation email either printed or on your mobile device.
Q: Can I make changes to my order once it's placed?
A: It depends on the type of order. If changes are needed, please call the DOGPerfect location you placed the order with, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: Where do I pick up my order?
A: In-Store pick up can be picked up right at the checkout counter. For curbside, pull up right out front and we will take everything to your car. If you cannot find a spot out front, please call the store and an associate will let you know where you can park.
Q: How to place an order?
A: You can place an order via our website or by calling your local DOGPerfect store.
When ordering online, be sure to select “In-Store Pick up” as your shipping method at checkout. Make sure your preferred location is selected before submitting your order.

Q: When will my order be ready?
A: Orders are typically ready in about 2 hours during our store’s operating hours. You will receive an email and or text notification when your order is ready to pick up.
Q: Can you bring my order to my car?
A: Absolutely! Just call your store when you’ve arrived, and we will bring it out to you.
Q: Is there a charge for in-store pickup?
A: Online ordering with in-store pickup is free, as is our curbside delivery.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our online ordering for in-store pickup return policy is the same as if you’d purchased in our stores. Just return your unopened items to your store within 30 days using the same account that you purchased them with.
Q: Will I receive my frequent buyer rewards?
A: Yes! If you’re already a customer with us, we would love to make sure you receive your frequent buyer Rewards points!
If you are currently using an email as your account, use that email for your order and your points will be automatically added.
If you have an account with us but do not use your email for it, please email us at
Orders@dogperfect.com to let us know so that we can add your email and merge your online order with your account. Emails are required for all rewards.
Q: Can I use coupons for an order placed online for in-store pickup?
A: Coupons are not currently accepted for in-store pickup orders. If you have a coupon, call your local DOGPerfect store to place your order and have your coupon applied. We ask that you email a photo of your coupon to the specific store email to verify and redeem while on the call. In addition, we will need you to bring the coupon with you to give to one of our team members.
Q: What is the deadline for Curbside Pick-Up?
A: The deadline for same-day Curbside Pick-Up is 5:00 PM, seven days a week. You can place an order whenever you like, but we recommend placing the order before 5:00 PM to guarantee same-day pick-up.
Q: What if you don't carry a particular product?
A: We are happy to look into placing a special order for you. For all special orders, please call your closest DOGPerfect to speak with one of our managers.
Q: What happens if you are out of stock on a product I ordered?
A: On occasion we are out of stock on an item that has been ordered. There are a few ways that we handle this.
We will contact you by phone and/or email to determine if you would like to make the best substitution based on our recommendation. Whether it is a different protein, size or color. Often we receive a delivery within the next day or two and if you would like to wait until we get the product back in stock, we will call you when it arrives.
If you do not want a substitution or do not wish to wait, we can refund the out of stock item.
