The store was very clean and inviting! It was our first time using the dog wash, and it was super convenient. We brought our own shampoo, but they supply everything you need. Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially when it came to helping us with our Lab who has stomach problems. He recommended some supplements for us to try and took the time to explain everything. Great experience overall!
