Dog Perfect has easily been one of the best pet stores I’ve ever been to, and a huge reason for that is JoJo! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such a warm and welcoming attitude. I explained that my fur baby had been having some stomach issues and that I was looking for something that might be easier on her tummy. JoJo went above and beyond! She took the time to walk me through different food options, explained the ingredients in each one, and even broke down how certain ingredients could help with what my pup was experiencing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the best option for my baby. Customer service like hers is hard to come by. JoJo is truly the best, and if you stop by Dog Perfect, make sure you ask for her! Thank you so much, JoJo, for taking such great care of us! 🐾💕

First visit here since the owners' change. Met the manager, Bridget, who is super sweet and helpful. They not only had the food I like to feed, but when I asked about it, she went and got it and carried it to the register for me while I shopped the Halloween toys, then let me know there was a special and got to try the zignature freeze dried food. (Ollie loves it) love the freebies! Also on my trip in. I meet the new groomer, Kasey. She is a lovely soul and very nice and professional. Can't see the grooming area from the sales floor, but she did show me around. Will be back soon for a great groom. Thanks for the great experience. 🥰🐾🤗

Love this store because of it's healthy animal foods and fun products for all pets. Today I met Casey the groomer & she did a great "gentle care" trimming my Yorkies nails. I met Kyle whose had 30 years experience with pet nutrition and I learned so much listening to him explain what's important for dogs & cats in nutritional foods. Thanks Kyle - he's in on Fridays. And Sheila has been also helpful with education regarding dogs & best practices for a healthy dog! A great store with staff that truly care about our pets health.

So much to offer! My dog had a lot of fun sniffing treats. Julie helped me pick out the perfect combination of food and supplements for my dog. We will be back! Thank you for all your help!
